When submitting your ticket order, include First and Last name for each person's Universal ticket, and the date on which you will start using the tickets.

The Military Freedom Pass tickets can be used most days between November 13, 2025 through and including December 18, 2026.

The Military Promotional Tickets must be presented and exchanged at the Front Gate Ticket or Guest Services windows or a Destination Universal Ticket/Services desk within UO Resort Hotels and/or UO Partner Hotels for validation/activation.

The following guidelines must be followed to exchange the promotional tickets:

1. An eligible Military member with valid DEERS issued photo ID must be present to conduct the ticket exchange for their entire order at the theme park front gate ticket window or Guest Services windows or a Destination Universal Ticket/Services desk within UO Resorts Hotels and/or UO Partner Hotels.

2. Each eligible Military member with valid Military photo ID can exchange a MAXIMUM of 6 promotional tickets at the front gate ticket or Guest Services windows or a Destination Universal Ticket/Services desk within UO Resorts Hotels and/or UO Partner Hotels. One of the six (6) Tickets purchased must be used by the Eligible Service Member or spouse.
   If the Eligible Military Member does not purchase all six (6) 2026 Military Freedom Pass tickets in their initial purchase, they may return to the ORIGINAL military ticket office that sold them 2026 Military Freedom Pass tickets to purchase the remaining tickets. 

3. ELIGIBLE SERVICE MEMBERS: Active Duty, Reservist, The National Guard, 100% Disabled Veterans, and Retired members of all branches of the U.S. Military and/or their spouses, as well as Department of Defense Civilian personnel members with valid and qualifying Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) issued photo identification card
   NOT ELIGIBLE TO PURCHASE: NOAA, US Public Health Services, Department of Homeland Security, Divorced Spouses, Child Dependents, Contractors, Foreign Affiliates, DoD Civilian (Ret) or Any Veterans NOT Retired OR NOT 100% Disabled

PLEASE NOTE: If the “Eligible Military Member” does not purchase the maximum of six (6) 2026 Military Freedom Pass tickets in their initial purchase, they can return to the military ticket office that sold them the ORIGINAL 2026 Military Freedom Pass tickets to purchase the remaining tickets not to exceed 6 total. The Eligible Military Member MUST present their original 2026 Military Freedom Pass promotional ticket AND their valid and qualifying DEERS photo ID to exchange the additional 2026 Military Freedom Pass tickets at the theme park front gate ticket or Guest Services windows or a Universal Vacation Planning desk.

The 2-Park Military 2026 Freedom Pass Promotional Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to BOTH Universal Studios Florida AND Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks on the same day. Ticket is valid for use November 13, 2025 through and including December 18, 2026. Blockout dates apply: December 25, 2025 through and including January 4, 2026; March 30, 2026 through April 6, 2026. Ticket expires in full December 18, 2026. Excludes separately ticketed events. Guest must present a valid Military ID at time of purchase, at time of the exchange at either Universal Studios Florida or Universal Islands of Adventure theme park ticket sales window, and upon redemption at both Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks. Unused days shall be forfeited. Additional restrictions may apply. The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only during normal operating hours. 3-Park 2026 Military Freedom Pass Promotional Ticket

The 3-Park Military 2026 Freedom Pass Promotional Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure AND Universal Volcano Bay theme parks on the same day. Ticket is valid for use November 13, 2025 through and including December 18, 2025. Blockout dates apply: December 25, 2025 through and including January 4, 2026; March 30, 2026 through April 6, 2026.  Volcano Bay has additional blockout dates from October 26, 2026 to December 18, 2026. Ticket expires in full December 19, 2025. Excludes separately ticketed events. Guest must present a valid Military ID at time of purchase, at time of the exchange at either Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure or Universal Volcano Bay theme park ticket sales window, and upon redemption at Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Volcano Bay theme parks. Just want to visit Epic Universe? We do not offer a 1-Day ticket for Epic Universe.  

If you just want to visit Epic Universe, you will need to purchase your ticket directly from Universal Orlando.

NOTE:  "PLUS Epic Universe" allows the guest to visit Epic Universe for 1 day of their ticket. All other days must be used at USF, IOA, 
or Volcano Bay (3-Park tickets only).

1-Day PLUS 1-Day Tickets are valid for a total of two (2) days during a 5 consecutive calendar day period which includes the first day of use. 
2-Day PLUS 1-Day Tickets are valid for a total of three (3) days during a 6 consecutive calendar day period which includes the first day of use. 
3-Day PLUS 1-Day Tickets are valid for a total of four (4) days during a 7 consecutive calendar day period which includes the first day of use. 
4-Day PLUS 1-Day Tickets are valid for a total of five (5) days during an 8 consecutive calendar day period which includes the first day of use.

4-Day Tickets are valid for a total of four (4) days during a 7 consecutive calendar day period which includes the first day of use. 
5-Day Tickets are valid for a total of five (5) days during an 8 consecutive calendar day period which includes the first day of use.

2-Park 2-Day Base Florida Resident Ticket Dated

The 2-Park 2-Day Base Florida Resident Ticket Dated entitles one (1) guest admission to EITHER

Universal Studios Florida, OR Universal Islands of Adventure theme park per day. Ticket is valid for any

two (2) calendar days during a five (5) consecutive calendar day period which commences on and

includes the date selected, with no block out dates. Guest must present proof of Florida residency at time

of purchase, pick-up and redemption. The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket.

Unused days shall be forfeited. The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and

must be used by the same person on all days. Standard entry includes biometric scan. Valid only

during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing,

capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued

without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort (‘Universal’). Unless

otherwise stated, the above Admission Media specifically excludes admission to separately ticketed

valid for any two (2) calendar days during a five (5) consecutive calendar day period which commences

at time of purchase, pick-up and redemption. The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed
