Weather

Central Florida does the Sunshine State proud with a famously sunny climate and comfortable temperatures all year.

Seasonal Information

Everybody knows that Central Florida can be warm and humid from June to August. Even though we usually see average temperatures in the low 90s, it definitely feels hotter thanks to the humidity. Be sure to drink plenty of water and bring hats, sunscreen and portable fans to stay more comfortable for walking during the day. September to November is technically hurricane season, but it also brings a break from the summer heat and slightly smaller crowds in general. By winter, weather from December to February is also very pleasant, though temperatures in the low 70s during the day give way to chilly 40s at night. You’ll definitely want to pack a jacket for enjoying fireworks if you come during these months. Spring brings ideal conditions, with temperatures from the high 50s to high 80s from March to May. No matter which season you visit, be sure to bring rain ponchos. Summer is the rainiest season, but we’re used to the skies opening up for brief periods pretty often throughout the year.
