We are happy to accept mail on your behalf. Please remember Shades of Green is not responsible for delivery time or the perishable/non-perishable items shipped to the resort. Mail delivery is not guaranteed daily. If on-site it will be available for pick up Monday thru Friday between 0800 and 1600 hours. If, for some reason, the mail is delayed, shipment back will be provided at guest's expense. To ensure the safety of your mail, insurance can be purchased from your provider.
Parking
Please use your room key to enter and exit the parking garage.
Valet and Bell Services
Bell services will be available to assist you with your luggage to and from your guest room. Scooter and Stroller rentals are available through the bell services. Valet services are available at $18 per day per vehicle.

They are located one mile away from our property and provide a complimentary pick-up service. SMOKING POLICY
Shades of Green is a NON-SMOKING resort. E-cigarettes are also not permitted. You will be charged a fine (starting at $250) for smoking in your room.
SCOOTER CARE
Please be careful using scooters:
• Be careful not to hit elevators doors
• Be careful not to run into walls
• Do not park outside guest rooms
• Children must be 16 years of age to operate scooters
(exemptions on a case by case basis)
• Please dismount scooters and sit on bus seats, if physically able, while riding our buses to and from the attractions.
Remember you are responsible for any damage incurred by negligence.
ROOM SAFE
Always place your valuables in the room safe provided. If the safe is not working correctly, notify security at extension 1458. The hotel is not responsible for money, jewelry, laptops, documents, or other articles of value.
SHARPS CONTAINER
FDA-approved SHARPS containers are available to you to dispose of SHARPS medical instruments properly. Please get in touch with security at extension 1458.
FIREARMS POLICY
Firearms must be turned into security upon arrival and be picked up the day of departure. Don't hesitate to get in touch with security at extension 1458.

• Never use the latch to prop open your guest room door.
