The day of wedding coordinator is provided by "rêverie events"—a local boutique firm offering wedding planning, coordination and design services specializing in Disney-inspired weddings. They were voted Best Wedding Planners for the 2021 Best of Weddings Orlando awards. Led by owner, Jessica Spencer, your team of Fairy Godmothers will make sure your day is stress-free and runs as smoothly as possible. Coordination services included in your venue rental are as follows:
30-minute pre-wedding consultation | to occur via Zoom or phone call (30) days prior to your wedding date
Online Client Portal | access to all activity, files, and details related to your wedding
Communication management of all vendors on behalf of the couple | beginning (30) days prior to your wedding date
Detailed Wedding Playbook | PDF document that will include your wedding timeline, vendor list, contact information, inspiration photos, decor list, song list, menus and/or any other crucial information to execute your wedding. This PDF is delivered to the couple, vendor team and Shades of Green team.
Day-of Coordination | coordinator is responsible to manage all vendors, assist with set up (as discussed with the couple during the consultation), and manage the wedding timeline and event flow.
Staffing | determined based on what package is booked through Shades of Green:
50 guests or less: (1) coordinator for up to (4) hours
51 guests or more: (1) coordinator and (1) assistant for up to (8) hours
Personal Concierge | to the couple and their guests to make sure everyone is happy and to provide anything needed. Coordinator will line up the bridal party for the ceremony processional, escort the bride from her guest room to the ceremony site, fluff the bride’s dress and carry her train/bouquet during the portrait session.
Emergency Kit | access to day-of emergency items as provided by rêverie events (such as tissues, pins, toiletries, set up tools, masks, hand sanitizer, cleaning supplies, etc.)
