A certified yoga instructor leads classes customized for your skills and comfort level. It’s an excellent activity the whole family can do together. Continue a healthy family tradition or start a new one at Shades of Green. Our Yoga Studio has mats, blocks, straps, and stretching equipment, as well as towels and water for cooling down.
